In addition, I am a proud UW partner, business owner, artist, teacher and most importantly, Mummy! I was formerly a teacher in secondary school, but struggling to get a healthy work/life balance with my young family. So I left my sensible job in 2017 to set up my own business, quickly realising that this was also going to be a tough gig. I had my dream job, but as every new business owner knows, it takes time to turn a profit. So I was looking to take on some extra hours doing something else, what, I did not know. Until I came across UW, found it was the solution to all my niggles.
